a charming stay near pantheon
helpful staff excellent food little thing
i found the staff helpful and friendly. breakfast was another win, with friendly service and excellent food. the room was cleaned great and they went out of the way to provide snacks and slippers.
the hotel area is pedestrian only so i had to drag luggage from taxi stand. it wasn't far but something to consider if you have a lot luggage. my room only had a small skylight instead a window.

heavenly hideaway
lovely touches delicious food
the location ensured we walked to every beautiful site. the room offered many lovely touches like welcome snacks and soft slippers. breakfast delivered another win with friendly staff and delicious food.
the narrow halls and steep uneven stairs made accessing the room difficult. the tiny elevator did little to ease this inconvenience.

The hotel features an elevator though quite small. the breakfast area provides a cute start to the day. umbrellas are thoughtfully available to borrow when needed. A very nice touch.

Really good Roman Holiday
beautiful view friendly staff convenient location
Our room was in a separate building. It was spacious. I liked the beautiful views of the Pantheon. The efficient staff was friendly. I found that the artwork added a nice touch. The location proved very convenient to various places! Yurima at reception was kind. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel has efficient and friendly staff. The room was clean. The breakfast was enjoyable, with pasta at a nearby restaurant that offered convenience. Most attractions were easily accessible within a 20-minute walk.
The area is pedestrian. I had to drag luggage from the taxi stand which was a short distance away. This is nothing major, but something to remember if I have a lot of luggage.

The room had a big screen television, alongside complimentary espresso, tea, and herbal teas. A safe was available for securing valuables. the room was very quiet, facing an interior courtyard. I found the soundproofing effective.

The hotel is within a twenty-minute walk to the Colosseum and the Vatican. I felt a great sense of safety even late at night. The Pantheon was right outside.

mixed feelings about this stay
inconvenient stairs defective phone
The room i received differed significantly from the images presented online. a notable flight of stairs led down to the room immediately upon entry, quite inconvenient. furthermore, the in-room phone was defective. It was impossible to contact room service or the front desk without physically going downstairs.

the staff accommodated my request for additional towels without problem.
The shower's water pressure was insufficient. the cleaning service also proved unsatisfactory. An item disappeared from the room following their visit.

central location efficient staff diverse selection satisfying breakfast
i was happy with the central location. the hotel is steps away from many attractions. the staff was cheerful and efficient. the breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying.
the elevator was quite small. it could be a tight squeeze with luggage.

great location helpful staff breakfast choice poor climate control window noise odd tv control
the location was great (just steps from everything). the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. breakfast had many choices including made-to-order coffees.
The climate control did not work well. I was told the air conditioning was off. i had to open the window, and noise woke me. also, the tv volume was controlled downstairs, so i had to call to hear my movie.
